Where do the Tornado warning/watches come from?  Well we took a visit to the SPC in Norman, OK.  The best and the brightest forecaster work 24/7 to keep all Meteorologist and US Citizens in ‘the know’ about the weather to come.   Some of the OU Meteorology Classes are held in the SPC building.  The top portion of the building is a 360* glass obsorvitory and lab which allows the SPC and students to waitch the incoming storms.  The glass windows are thick and resistant up to extremely high wind speeds, making it a wonderful learning environment.  class in the
